Returns & Refunds policy
In case you’re dissatisfied with your IGZY product purchase, you may seek a refund by requesting a return within 7 days of purchase (For B2B enterprise clients, please get in touch with your account manager)
In order for us to process your return efficiently, please do the following:
- In order to initiate the return, please write to us at [email protected] or call us at +91 98762 98763 on or before the 7th day after making the purchase, counting the purchase date as day zero.
- After the return request, please send us the following via courier: Original product packaging
- All contents of the product packaging
- Original purchase invoice
- All the items mentioned above should be sent to the following address within 10 days of the return request:

- Upon receiving the product, we’ll check it for completeness within 24 hrs
- If the returned package is found complete, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days.
- You will be notified by e-mail and SMS about an approval or rejection of your refund request.

The cost of shipping/courier, while returning your product, will be borne by you.
